Rates are quoted in Euro, per day, per room, ON BED AND BREAKFAST BASIS and include all taxes.
All types of accommodation include buffet breakfast (obligatory), private bathroom, safe box, TV set, fridge, music, Air-condition, heating, direct dial phone,Wi Fi Internet access, towels for the pool and private veranda.
Studio, Suites & Apartments with Kitchen facilities are equipped with microwave and basic utensils ( NOT FOR COOKING) and include also buffet breakfast.
Each villa has a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator with freezer, oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher, hood, microwave, filter coffee maker, Nespesso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, lemon grinder and all cooking utensils. The price does not include buffet breakfast in the hotel lobby. Fresh bread from the village bakery is provided daily as well as freshly baked croissants for your breakfast.
FREE TRANSFER can be arranged from the Port or the Airport of Paros to our Hotel and back for a minimum of 10 nights stay during Low & Middle Seasons and for a minimum of 14 nights stay during High Season.
For fewer days stay, transfers from the Port or the Airport of Paros to our Hotel and back cost 50 Euros per route for up to 4 persons. (On request).
Baby cot FREE of charge.
Extra bed / person 10 Euro per day.
Payment Policy:
30% deposit of the reservation cost is charged at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy:
For any cancellations up to 21 days before check in the whole payment in advance is being returned. For any cancellations between 20 and 16 days prior to check in you may be charged the 30% of the total amount of the confirmed reservation and between 15 and 8 days prior to check in you may be charged the 50% of the total amount of the confirmed reservation. For any cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival and in case of no show or early departure you may be charged up to the total amount of the confirmed reservation.
